So I don't have anything exciting to write about.. Just the usual stuff is happening.. Work, sleep, work, sleep, Cayden time, sleep... Its getting hard working full time and I think its finally catching up with me and interfering with me being a better mommy and wife.. So we've decided once we are finally caught up (by the beginning of Oct I'm hoping) that I'm going back down to 6 hours a night 5 days a week.. I'll be home by 1:25 am.. and will get plenty of sleep. I guess that's exciting.. especially to me!! Cause then I'll be able to be more awake and willing to go outside everyday instead of once a week.. I'm so tired lately that its hard to get motivated to do stuff..
Speaking of getting motivated, Adam and I have decided that when I've lost 20-25 lbs that we will start trying for baby #2! Don't worry, Adam did not come up with the idea.. I did. I want to be healthier for the baby's sake. So I'm going to start eating better and walking for 30 min every other day. (the walking probably won't happen til Oct.. but we'll see) It is definitely a motivation to get out there and loose the weight because even with a crazy almost 2 year old I really want another baby.. I feel like it would complete our family (unless its a boy, then there will be a baby #3) and I just really miss the feeling of being pregnant.. Weird I know! :) But yeah...
So with the eating better, anyone have good recipes or websites that I can find good, healthy fast dinners? I'm struggling to find dinners that I can make that are easy because I leave for work at 6:30 and I don't like to rush our family dinners.
Anyway.. I think Cayden's finally dozed off, so I'm off to take a nap! :) I hope everyone's having a good day..

Great plan! It's good to be more health conscious. We are working on that too. I'll start looking up some quick healthy recipes to email to you. You might also check on Ashley's recipe site. Love you!!
I'm not a great recipe/cooker person...but I'll give you some tips on diet/exercising. With your meals, drink one glass of water b/f your meal and one during and if you can one after (or 1/2 b/f and the other 1/2 after and one during)...it helps with digestion and it helps with the feeling full, plus you get extra water which most people don't get anyway! (I like to use those mix ins like Crystal light to help flavor my water). With exercising, it helps to have a buddy...kind of a check in person! That way you are able to stay motivated better! Anyway, best of luck and I hope it gets to where you can slow down a bit and enjoy your cute little boy! :) Love ya!
