So... after 3 nights of the process of putting Cayden down for bed at night taking 2-3 hours we have decided to backtrack... :) He is back in his crib. He was getting crappy sleepy and so were we.. so yes we are backtracking and here is me inserting my foot into my mouth.. :)
I'm very happy that we've gone back to the crib. He's not ready for a big boy bed yet! And I am A-OKAY with that :)

I don't think I will ever let the girls OUT of their cribs! It's heaven knowing they can't poke around during the night. I'm ok with the fact that it slightly resembles a prison. lol
Also- look into a crib tent to keep anyone from defecting! :)
You did the right thing! I'm all about NOT forcing kids to grow up too fast... it's not such a big deal to be in a crib, or potty train, or whatever, if they're just not ready. Good for you for trying and being flexible! Love you bunches!!
Cora's still in a crib too and she's 2! I think it's best when you think you and your child is ready and don't rush...they are only your babies once and you can never get that back!
