Lucky!

So as I'm preparing for my FAMILY TO COME UP FROM CEDAR!!!! WOOHOOOOOOO!!!
I'm doing some laundry so Cayden has the cutest outfits washed and dry for this weekend :) Gotta have cute outfits for Grandma and Grandpa!

I do Adam and I's load first (need cute outfits for us too.. haha) and then I start to fill up the washer with water for Cayden's load. Clearly our washer had a different plan for my day. I go to pull out the knob to start it and POP! the biggest spark I've seen ever came from behind the panel of the washer.. Fabulous.. Cayden's blankie definitely needs to be washed and so does his clothes.. so he has some! So I remember we got a laundry card for the laundry room at the rental office and I set off to find it.

45 minutes later (that includes the 36 minutes of the washer at the office) I come back home to realize it is Cayden's nap time and his blankie is now not so dry. Lame! So I try with his extra one - no such luck. I pull out his REAL blankie (not the extra) and notice it's almost dry since its fleece and just a little damp. I don't think you'd see a happier kid than when I went in and gave Cayden his blankie for nap time. Wow! He is so attached...

So I had a point to this blog... and now I don't remember.. Hmmmm...

Well hopefully Handy Adam can fix our washer (AGAIN! this is I believe the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened...) because we definitely cannot afford a new washer or even a used one at this time! UGH!!! :) but hey...

I GET TO SEE MY FAMILY TODAY (Minus my lovely sisters and their families- Laura & Sarah.. Miss you guys though!) That definitely brightens my waste of time earlier.. :)
