Sorry for the Inconvenience...

So yesterday I turn on my phone after charging it and I have a voicemail from Dr. Ryser's office (the man who will be causing me GREAT pain and taking out my wisdom teeth).

Well the message goes something like this:

"Hi Jennifer this is "So and so" from Dr. Ryser's office. You have a surgery scheduled for May 13th for your wisdom teeth. We need you to call back to reschedule. Apparently the doctor will be out of town for a seminar. Please call us back. Thank you."

Okay...... Anyone remember THIS POST???? Well here's the run down just incase you don't wanna open a new tab or window... The last time I had this scheduled was the day after my birthday - but they called and said the doctor would be OUT OF TOWN!! And I ranted and raved about how they should know ahead of time if he's going to be out of town when they are scheduling you for a FREAKIN SURGERY!!

Well ONCE AGAIN!!! They didn't know he had a "seminar" or that he was going to be "out of town." Seriously.. Who does this?? This is the SECOND time.. Adam kept saying tell them they have to pay 100% because they keep rescheduling us! I wish! But come on! I have already taken the whole week (that's necessary) off and its not like I can have adam reask for time off either! Geez.. It's a HUGE inconvenience for us to have to juggle OUR LIFE around for the doctor's "seminars." Okay he might actually have one that he is going to - but wouldn't you think that he'd check his scheduled surgeries and say oh I have surgeries I have to perform that day maybe I can skip this seminar! And maybe he "HAS" to go.. But I would think that he'd put patients BEFORE "seminars!" But that's just my opinion...

The lady asked me when I called back if I could do it Wednesday May 6th.. I said no I already asked for that week off specifically for my surgery on Wednesday May 13th.. UGH! So she put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back saying that I can do it on May 14th at the Sugarhouse office.. (there are 3 offices..) And I hope that its the SON and not Ralph the guy who's going to be "out of town" cause I don't wanna deal with him. I was SOOOO mad yesterday...

I'm just glad Its the next day and so I don't have to RE ask for days off! Ugh! What a nightmare! And who do doctors and dentists think they are? They can't just cancel surgeries TWICE and think it's okay.. It's not! :)
