I didn't wake up AGAIN.. Cause seriously I can't go to bed right after work (which I get home at 1:30..) and don't really fall asleep til about 2 or 2:30.. So waking up at 5:30 just isn't going to cut it :)
So.... I'm not giving up cause trust me I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT!!! I've decided to go on walks. Start small since I haven't done any real exercise since forever basically.. And if I try to start off with running every day or even 3 days a week - a week later I won't want to anymore and there goes my goal..
Soooo... I'm going to go on walks with Cayden - pushing a 30 lb baby should help ;) Until it gets REALLY cold and snowy then I will just start actually USING my gym membership (which is frozen at the moment since we don't use it.. haha) I just gotta work out those ideas. But NO WORRIES.. I am NOT giving up.. Every time I look in the mirror I am happy with myself but I do want to change.. And I will..
My main goal is to be in the size of pants I want to be in by Next Christmas. That might be a silly too much of a goal but the size of pants I want to be in isn't that much smaller than what I'm in now.. :) I say size of pants because I really don't think its the pounds that make me happy. Its what I wear and the fact of not being able to shop in the "cute" stores for clothes ya know? So it's definitely about the size of clothes for me rather than poundage.. :)
I've decided that once I trully start working out and watching what I eat the lovely fat that as accumulated around my belly legs arms.. Everywhere.. will start to melt fast. Because I read that if you have muscle under your fat (which I do from volleyball and all that..) that it is easier to loose the weight.. But at the same time.. POST BABY FAT is SO HARD to get off.. Geez louise! :) But I am working on my eating habits and Cayden's awake so in a few we'll be going on a walk..
YAY! :)
Thanks for your support guys.. Its much appreciated and needed.. :)
