a DAY in the life of a Doctor's visit...

Today was Cayden's 1 year well child visit and it literally took ALL DAY!!! Okay.. Not really cause its only noon. But still I got there at about 9:50 for a 10:10 appointment. Got into the room at 10:10.. Had cayden undressed for weighing and measuring and the visit. Didn't weigh him until 10:40.. Uh.. I was okay with that.. Then the doctor came right in - then the waiting began for his lovely FOUR shots.. and that didn't happen til 11:10... Not that I had ANYwhere to go but still the fact that we were there for over an hour? Kinda irritates. Which causes sweet Jen to be mean to her handsome gorgeous wonderful husband.. :(

Anyway.. here are the stats...

Weight: 28 lbs 14.5 oz
Height: 33 inches

He's WELL above the "curve" but still healthy! :) And he got four shots ( like I mentioned before..) and they're all "new" to him as in measles, chicken pox, Hep A and the Flu Shot. And he was NOT happy with the nurse. She was mean and made him cry! :) He was so cute about it. Well not really cause he was CRYING so hard until he got a big Halloween sticker. But he had the big lower lip. :)

And now he's sleeping - he deserves it.. After all that no fun :)
