Cayden Update

We had a doctor's appointment on Monday for Cayden Monster and it went really well! He is 27 inches long (97th percentile), 16 lbs 4 oz (80th percentile) and his head is 44 1/4 (96th percentile)!! He's a big boy!! Quite proportional!

He's also eating cereal and the doctor says he can start fruit!! :) We tried pears last night and he made the cutest faces when he was trying it! It was like a sour face! It was so cute. But for the most part he loved it! :)

He's getting very vocal. We had a primary teacher meeting on Sunday and Cayden was standing on me and just was talking. Loudly too! So I had to shush him! hehe.. He also loves standing! We're working on sitting but he'd rather stand on our legs or the bed. It's so cute. Another thing Cayden absolutely loves is his fingers!! Like right now he's laying in his boppy and sucking on his thumb and pointer finger. Speaking of thumb and pointer, he LOVES hearing all the different little nursery rhymes like "Where is Thumbkin?" or "Patty Cake" or "The Wheels on the Bus."

We're having SO MUCH fun with him! Its great!! :)
