Sad News

There was news I forgot to mention. We were woken up yesterday (or the day before, my days mesh together) by a 6 a.m. phone call from Adam's mom. We missed the first one but she called back. She let us know that about 5 a.m. that morning, Adam's Grandpa had passed away. It was definitely expected. He was in the VA hospital/nursing home for quite some time. And Adam's dad mentioned the other day we were over there visiting with Cayden that if we wanted to see his grandpa that we should make a visit very soon. But even though it was expected, it still is sad for me. I never really got to know him. Mainly cause ever since I've been married to Adam, he's not been completely there.

So the funeral is this Friday at 11 and that'll be interesting with an almost 3 week old! But he's a good baby and I think he'll do great. Thankfully Adam's boss has been nice enough to change his schedule from 7 am to 5 am!! Whew! That's early! Anyway..

So here's my sad selfish news.. Since my babysitter (Adam's sister Cindy) has been living in Grandpa's house and renting, they have to move. I guess it's a law that you have to sell the house of someone who has died. Cindy and her husband don't have the money to buy the house which is understandable! So guess where they're moving? Not anywhere here in the Salt Lake Valley.. but CANADA!!!!!!

Cindy's Husband Scott is from Canada, Nova Scotia (don't know the real spelling..) and he can definitely get a job there, since they've lived there before as well.. They've moved a lot!

So bad news for Jen.. I need to find a new job.. Something at night or at home.. If anyone knows of a REAL at home job that I could find.. or websites to look at? It'd be much appreciated..

Cayden's being a bit cranky.. I'm gonna see if he'll go to sleep for momma! I'll write more later about the job search..
