Correction.

I had this super long post all written and posted.  I deleted it. Reasons?

1. it was full of complaining.. I hate complaining
2. I am blessed to be a mom. many can't have babies and i shouldn't complain about being a mother
3. How dare I complain about my petty little worries and gripes when some people have SO much more to deal with?
4. I didn't do it to "save face" I don't care what people think to be honest.
5. I love my boys and would hate for them to read that someday down the line and wonder if I do love them. Sad

House Hunting

Wow... some of these houses we have seen are crazy and just crap.  I know most don't like that word but its the only G rated word that describes some of these houses.  I mean the very first house we went to had like a baptismal font!  I'm dead serious!  We forgot our phones to take a picture BUT I found a picture that just doesn't do it justice.. but here ya go:

haha  I just didn't get it.  It was in the basement and was big.. I don't know.. And do ya like the fan? hehe..
It was a HUGE home but would have been too much work for what they wanted.  Another home just had SUCH an angry vibe! There were holes from ppl punching the walls!  All the light bulbs were gone.  I bet all the copper wiring was gone.  It was just angry!

We've found a home we LOVE! Its a home that realtor bought and then "flipped." So new carpet, tile, countertops, appliances and cabinets throughout! So awesome!!  But I don't want to jinx us.. So once we are under contract I'll post pictures! We are waiting til next week to do anything because we're waiting for things to hit our credit. We were able to pay down debt quite a bit.  So we're hoping and praying that it'll work out! the minute we walked it, the feeling of "this is our house" hit us like a brick! :) so.. if its right it'll work out right??

Anyway.. All in all its been super fun.. probably because of our realtor... My sister in law Toni!! She's awesome! :)

I dont want to lose these memories so I'm grateful that I can just whip out my phone and do a little post :)

The boys took a bath together this morning. I have to say its so cute to see their relationship! Creighton just adores Cayden! They were having a splashing war! Even though I got soaked it's building memories.

Also its interesting to realize I'm a human Kleenex! And the instinct little babies have to wipe their faces on their mommies! Joy!

Nine Months- CRAZY

Where did all the time go? I can't believe Creighton's 3 months away from being one! So weird!

Lately he's been pulling himself up on EVERYTHING

Creighton LOVES elmo! I need to buy movies since its only one 2x a day and when he is crying so hard nothing works - Elmo works! (Or Murray..)

He's a crawling maniac!  And we have such a small area "safe" for him!  he tries to escape pretty much every chance he can get! And when Creighton does escape, he goes right for the cat food and water!

Creighton LOVES his big brother! Now that he can crawl and get to Cayden he will climb all over him! Cayden doesn't get that Creighton just loves him!

Creighton is going to be like Cayden in a lot of ways.  One of those ways is he's OBSESSED with letters and words just like Cayden.. See:  He'll stare at this in his car seat the whole time and try to get it! :)

He loves his Daddy too!  Yesterday when Adam got home Creighton started bouncing/jumping on me when he saw his daddy! :) So cute! Some times Adam is the only one who can calm him! :)

Creighton's such a wiggle worm! We had a hard time getting a decent "9 month" picture!

Wow that could involve SOOO many people!! I miss all my Sargent family!! I miss my friends from Sikeston, from High School and Vegas!! I miss my Sargent grandparents and my Pop-Pop!  I miss my Grams. 19.  A picture and a letter

Hey Pop-pop!
Its been almost a year since your amazing spirit left this earth. I can't believe its been this long. Your passing is still really hard for me to accept. You are such an amazing example to me and my family.  The love and compassion you had for us was unbelievable!  So many of my fond and favorite memories were of you and Grandma in Vegas.  I miss you. I love you. And I'm glad that you are looking down on us :) I wish I had the eloquent words to express how I feel but I know that the simple words are good enough.  I aspire to be the person of kindness and love that you were! You are one of the perfect examples of how we should be, Christ-like.  I hope you know how special you were to me even though I wasn't the best granddaughter. Wish I realized back then what I realize now about how important family is!! I wish you were still here Pop-pop! The world is a sadder place without your smile!  I hope that I can make you proud.

Eight Months (few days late like always)

 I had to take the picture with no pants because everyone has to see the cuteness of his chubbiness! haha :) Make sense?  And the eyes... That's what happens when your real camera is dead (keep forgetting to charge it) and you have to use your phone camera that has THE brightest flash in the world even if it is light in the room.. So forgive the eyes.. hehe :) Its cute still though..

This little kid is getting so big!! I don't think Cayden was ever this big!  I mean the kid's 12 month shirts are getting too short (long torso like big bro).  Creighton has a new trick.  He's still going backwards but he can now go from belly to sitting up!! Its the coolest thing. And he just started doing it like it was no big deal :)  He has crawled forward a few times.  But I get all excited and he stops and smiles up at me.  And then he won't try for another day! haha stubborn kid!  Creighton's really into Cayden's toys.  He tries as hard as he can to steal them.  As soon as Cayden sees he has one of his toys, he'll trade Creighton for some boring toy.. haha Its so funny.  When I took him to the doctor to figure out why he was screaming so much, he, of course, was happy as can be! He always makes me out to be a liar! :) But anyway.  When the nurse was checking him with the stethoscope, Creighton reached out for her (that's a new thing he's doing and I love it) and she took him and held him for awhile.  He loved it :) I think she did too.. He even tried to reach for the doctor but instead tried to grab his stethoscope! He's been such a trooper with this whole ear infections crap! He LOVES his medicine.  And he gets so excited to get it.  Creighton also got weighed and with clothes on he's almost 24 lbs.  Which the doc says that when giving him tylenol you go by weight.. and Creighton is now big enough that he can have the "2 yrs and older" tylenol! Is that nuts or what?

Creighton is such a good baby most of the time (except on days that he decides to NOT nap until late late in the afternoon) and we're very blessed to have him in our life :) (along with Cayden of course)
