Six Months *yesterday*

Six months?  Really? My little man is half a year old!  Crazy.  The only real big significant changes from the previous month are:

- Creighton will focus now on like your shirt and try to grab it whatever is there and try to hold it

- He's almost about to hold his bottle but I've propped it up so often over his 6 months that he's lazy and will just let the blanket do the work :)

- He sits in his walker thing A LOT for a couple reasons 1: He LOVES it.. he always will lean towards it if we're sitting or standing near it.  2: Cayden is crazy running around (same with Millie the Kitty) and we don't really have that much room in our little apartment esp with the 2 big couches and 2 big shelving units..

- He's eating a lot more solids.. I'm trying to do it once a day.. Lately though its been a challenge to get my butt in gear and do stuff..

- He's rolling a lot more when he does make it on the ground.  The minute I put Creighton on the floor he is trying to roll from back to front or front to back.. So silly!

- Sad but true: He loves watching cartoons with Cayden!  He even giggles at them sometimes! :)

- He has become a somewhat reliable sleeper.  We can count on him to sleep good until about 4 or 5 am.. Then sleep til 8 or 9 on a good day.. :) And he takes a short nap maybe an hour in the morning.  At around noon or 1pm Creighton is out for the count til about 4 or 5! Unless we're out and about.. which is often lately poor kid.

-Creighton's definitely in need of upgrading from his baby carrier!  He has out grown it and its getting SUPER heavy to carry down 3 flights of stairs with him in it.  It is also getting difficult to get him in and out of it!  So we're going to be getting a rear facing one soon!  Hopefully this weekend! 

overall Creighton is SUCH a good baby.  He's very happy and content which makes Momma happy and content.  I'm super excited for Christmas for him!  Cause he's at the age where he'll just sit there and be happy with whatever.  Which by the way we got this plus another toy for the same price at Costco!  Yes I know its for 12mon+ but Creighton's smart ;) the other toy is like this!  So cute!  I'm just glad they are both a little too young to know about the commercial side of Christmas and demanding lots of gifts :) Cayden would be content with another "Thomas and Friends" train and a matchbox car!!! haha..

Back to Creighton... I'm very grateful for this little boy and know that he was placed with our family for a very special reason!  Having a 2nd baby has been hard! But with Creighton being such a good baby it has helped the transition!  I wouldn't trade him for anything!! :)
