On his real Birthday, Saturday, Cayden was allowed to watch and do whatever he wanted. Kinda lame but hey we took him bowling!! ;) He also got to do that so that Adam and I could clean all day for his parents.

He got to decorate his own cake!
Grandma and Grandpa Benson came over for dinner and cake with some presents.. :) For his presents from us, we did a scavenger hunt. At first, Cayden didn't get it. But after I showed him what to do he caught on real quick. We took pictures of places where we hid his little presents and printed them out like flash cards. He loved it!
And Daddy put together Grandma and Grandpa Benson's gift right away! He loves it!!
I think he enjoyed his birthday! :) He also enjoyed his first day of Preschool. Cayden was so zoned out when we were driving home that I think he must have played hard! :) But here he is on his first day! It was "wear yellow" day and that is the only shirt that his lots of yellow on it..

I like the scavenger hunt idea! So cute....I may have to make James do that for his bday on Tuesday, hahhaha.
Do it! hehe.. when the boys get older we're going to use words like "go find the place where you get a shower.." (just made that up on the spot-kinda lame) but Adam's family did that all the time.. hehe traditions we're gonna carry on
