So for work I listen to books on Cd right? Well..... I've been listening to The Work and the Glory series.. I finally was able to get book 3 from the library and so I have 3 through 6.. I had imported what I thought was book 3 all the way to chapter 22 to my iPod shuffle. Last night I realized after it was "switching" CD's the man said "The work and the Glory Volume 6 CD 9." Suddenly zapping out of my typing daze, I noticed that the man just said volume 6. There was no way. So I pressed the "previous" button and again he said VOLUME 6!
Now when I started "volume/book 3" I was wondering why the story line had skipped such a BIG part.. I mean in book 2 they were in Independence going to Kirkland.. In "book 3" they were in Nauvoo.. Such big parts were skipped in the history of the Church and in the Steads' life.. I mean Matthew was about to get married! (For those who haven't read the series, in book 2 Matthew I believe barely turns 10...) So... having it all come to gather I have Adam look at the case of CDs I was working on to import on the computer desk and sure enough the recorded man was right. I was listening to book 6!!! Wow.. :) I so smart..... :) So here I sit importing book 3.. I'll get back to book 6 eventually.. WOW! That's pretty much sums up my stupidity.. haha.. and such a "Jen" moment.. haha

Jen, I lost your email address. I wanted to let you know that Kristin will be playing softball in SLC on April 10th @4pm and April 11th @ 1pm. They will play at UofU softball field I am not sure exactly where it is. It looks like your little family is doing well. You son is growing up so fast. Just fair warning he will be on his mission before you know it.

That's just funny Jen!! I love that series!! I learned so much about church history in a "novel" sort of way... :) Next I suggest you read/listen to "The Great and The Terrible" series... fast reads, and really great!!
