Adam got me the most beautiful arrangement of flowers on Thursday knowing that Costco would be extremely busy on Saturday. Friday night we went and got me some chocolate and some conversation hearts- both Valentine favorites for me.. :)
The day of Valentines, Cayden and I made some pink heart rice krispies! He wanted to wear my Valentine apron that I got the 1st year of Adam and I's marriage. So needless to say, Cayden turned it into a cape and went off playing. Once Daddy got home, Cayden decided to be Super Heart Man and hit daddy with sticks.. Haha.. :)
Adam and I had a nice relaxing night at home. We had Chicken Alfredo from Costco's deli.. Haven't tried? you should.. soooo yummy! And then we watched some TV and went to sleep at 8:30.. Just to take a nap so we could wake up and play some games cause we were both tired. And we didn't really wake up.. well correction - I did because I'm not used to millions of hours of sleep.. I couldn't go back to sleep after I woke up at 11.. I didn't get back to sleep til 3 am.. Lame-o..
It was nice to have night to ourselves. Can't say I'm not a little disappointed that we didn't have a grand date planned.. BUT my birthday is in less than a week now and we're having a day to ourselves then :) with a nice date planned.. Fun fun fun... :)

We had our V-day be low key and I think I enjoyed it more that I didn't have to stress about planning stuff hoping it would go ok, etc. What a fun day it sounds like you had! :) Oh...and I love the Heart Superhero..or whatever you called it, that was funny! It's funny to see how a boy's mind works versus a girls...my girls would have made it into princess dresses whereas Cayden made it into Superhero's cape! Girls will be girls and boys will be boys at "Heart"! haha!!
