Fed up!

So I've decided I'm done being unhappy with my body and basically my body. Since marrying Adam (and before i guess..), I've gained more weight then I thought I'd ever gain.

So after a comment from my lovely husband about how I never leave the house, I've decided that I need to start going outside and walking.

Today I started my plan. And that plan is walking for 20 minutes 3 times a week. Now we do have a gym membership (which the price just went up, that was a great surprise..) but the daycare is expensive and I have no one to watch Cayden. So walking is what is going to happen for a while.

It was nice to get out and walk for a while. Twenty minutes isn't that long but its a start. Its also a good amount for the HEAT we're experiencing. I don't want Cayden to fry! The minutes will gradually go up and so will my walking pace. I soon hope to get back to the running I did in my high school days. I know I'm not that old but its been 3 years now!!! Can you believe that? Anyway.. I hope this works. :)
